Dear Pastors and Brethren,

Greetings to you all in Christ. We thank our Lord for you all for your Godly love, your prayers and the committed financial support by some you which encourages us to go forth for our Lord’s ministry even into the remote villages and tribal areas in our rural India.

North India gospel mission trip

Beloved brethren,

By God’s grace and your prayers, our Lord has given us safe journey and a blessed gospel and church revival ministry in the villages of VOZ mission field churches in Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh and in our neighboring country of Nepal. Praise God. Beloved to our surprise, every state I stepped in, on the very first day, it used to be very rainy. But when we look upon our Lord and prayed Him to stop the rain for a week, until we minister and go to another state. Our Lord God graciously heard our prayers and stopped the rain, made the seasonal climate to suit to us in all states we went for gospel and church ministries. In every state, the villages over there are mostly 5 to 12 km distances and there the transport bus facilities are very little and so difficult. People are traveling in mini-auto rickshaws and bicycle rickshaws which are loaded 3 times more than its capacity. Buses are loaded in top of the roofs also.

Prayer fellowships and house churches

So according to our instruction, our Pastors have formed the prayer fellowships/house churches to pray and worship our Lord. Main churches are there in the villages where the Pastors live. By the grace of our Lord, in Rajasthan, there are 10 house churches formed in Banswara district, 16 house churches in Tanakpur district in Uttrakhand, 10 house churches in Nepal and 12 house churches in Uttar Pradesh. We thank the Lord for His grace to build His worship centres as I have seen it in the above said States in India and Nepal. The Lord brought me safe back to my home in Coimbatore on 26^th March. Our heart-felt thanks to you all for your daily prayers.

Brethren, our Lord has heard our prayers and blessed me to visit most of the villages in Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, Nepal and Uttar Pradesh according to my schedule.

Beloved, there used to be raining everyday people said to me in Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, Nepal and in Uttar Pradesh. Also we find the rain falls on our first day of our arrival. The same moment, we used to pray to stop the rain. Graciously, our Lord has stopped the rain and given us sunshine on the next days till we finish our 7 days mission trip in every state. It was a amazing experience to me. Because our gospel trips are all arranged to go on in the motor bikes and cycle rickshaws only. Lord is so good. He stopped the rains for us and made a clear way for us to visit all villages according to our schedules.

Beloved, in all these three weeks, we never returned back from any one of the village / field trips due to rain. Praise God.

Provisions from our Lord for mission field

1. Two baptism services took place in Rajasthan and Utter Pradesh mission field villages.

2. Pastors seminars taken places in Rajasthan, about 40 Pastors took part and about 10 Pastors in Uttaranchal.

3. Visited and ministered in 18 villages in Banswara district in Rajasthan, 20 villages in Tanakpur Dist in Uttarkhand and in Nepal. And 10 villages in Sitapur district / Uttar Pradesh.

4. Bought 2 new bicycles and 2 cameras, Hindi New Testaments and bibles, Hindi song books for the field gospel and church ministries in Rajasthan and in Uttar Pradesh.

5. Blessed to have fellowships with local pastors and to preach word of God in the Methodist main church in Tanakpur in Uttaranchal and the fellowship prayers with Pr. PC Massie of Assemblies Believers church and Pr. Bobby Kutty of AG church in Sitapur dist in Uttar Pradesh.

Harvest is plenty, workers are few

Beloved, the harvest is indeed plenty in Northern mission fields. But there is a severe shortage of workers. The Lord’s work needs workers. Prayer warriors are needed. Prayerful financial support by soul-burdened believers is needed. We need teachers of the word to equip and encourage rural churches.

I encourage you to join hands with us and help spread the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ to the poor and neglected villages of our great country. Jesus is coming soon. We must not tarry.

VOZ GENERAL PRAYER REQUESTS

1. Pray that doors will be opened all over India, especially in Chattisgarh and Orissa for the Gospel.

2. Pray that all the VOZ Missionaries will work faithfully, being burdened for souls and bring new souls and villages for Christ.

3. Pray for the anointing of Holy Ghost upon the missionaries, so that they can pray in the name of Jesus and deliver the sick and evil possessed people in the villages.

4. Pray for VOZ team’s safe journeys, safe places to stay, safe food to eat and safe vehicles to travel in Chattisgarh and in Orissa States.

5. Pray for our Lord’s control on the weather.

6. Pray for the more gospel tracts and Bible distributions to the villages.

7. Pray for the safety and strength that our Lord will provide to us on all over the journeys and ministries in Chattisgarh and in Orissa.

8. Pray for the Pastors, churches that the Holy Spirit will touch, and cleanse them while they hear the word of God during our village meetings and church convention meetings in Chattisgarh and Orissa.

TAMILNADU

THIRUPANANDAL / TANJORE DIST

PRAY FOR:

Pr. Joshua serving in Thirupanandal is having serious pain in his right eye and continuous headache. Pray that he will be delivered without any operation.

Pray for the prayer house works to be completed and to start worship in the new house building as we rented for 3 years in Thirupanandal. Also pray for the Muslim family who given their newly built building for our worship service to come and accept our Lord as their personal savior.

Pray for the 13 villages as we ministering around Thirupanandal to receive Jesus Christ in their hearts and families.

KERALA

TRIVANDRUM

PRAY FOR:

Pray for the youth ministry taking place in Trivandrum to be a blessing to thousands of youth to turn to our Lord and to dedicate their lives for Jesus Christ.

Pray for the youth seminar taking place in 2^nd week in Trivandrum, that our Lord will touch hundreds of collage students to commit and dedicate their life to Christ

UTTARKHAND

PRAY FOR:

Pray for Sis. Seema’s husband Mr. Sanjit a truck-driver to accept our Lord Jesus as his personal savior.

Pray for Sis. Ormila a good believer has lost her husband recently. Her husband left her with lot of loans and 3 children to feed also. Now she is suffering for the children education, house rent and loans to be repaid. Pray for her and our Lord to settle her life in peace.

Pray for our VOZ 12 house churches in and around Tanakpur to grow in Christ.

Pray for land we need to buy and built a church for the Tanakpur believers to worship our Lord.

Pray for the thousands of people around India and Nepal walking hundreds of kilometers to “Purnagiri” mela (Hindu God Maha Kali worship) to be stopped and turned to our living God Jesus Christ.

PRAISE GOD

We prayed to God for Bro. Lalit lives in Bastiya, to get good job. Lord provided him a job in Hero Honda group with good salary.

Sis. Seema, a strong Hindu Durga believer, has accepted Jesus after our long prayers and counseling in Tanakpur.

Sis. Ormila was very sick, lying on her bed for a long time, but we prayed for her and she was delivered by our Lord.

We praise God for the funds that our Lord provided us to buy Bibles, New Testaments, Song books and a new camera for Pr. Nari and his church ministry in Tanakpur.

ORISSA MISSION FIELD

Pray for the youth Bro. Rajendran Toppo, Lalita Tandi, Malati Turi and Bittala Turi of Uthabara & Tangorur villages are interested to commit and live Christ. But they are afraid to come to church and accept the Lord’s salvation due to the threatening from their village leaders and president of Hindu mission.

Pray for Bajan Jaja’s wife and Bro. Gandra Godhi’s salvation they fear to society people.

Pray for the church ministry in Dhalkitharan village with new coming souls Bro. Gajindra Orama, Geeta Orama, Trinath Orama, Mangri Orama, Mahimdra Barla, Dibaya Baila and Sis. Bhuna Swantanty, Bro. Katendra and Bro. Saubari Orama to accept our Lord’s salvation and to grow in Christ.

Pray for the church ministry in Balisaukra and Alapaka that the opposition raised by RSS and Bajrang Dal and they giving so much of pains and troubles are to be stopped.

Pray for Bro. Manoj’s wife fall down from the bridge and wounded both legs and wrist. Pray for the speedy recovery.

8 Hindu family members turning to our Lord from Kacharjor village.

7 people repented and accepted our Lord’s salvation.

NEPAL

Pray for the Nepal government and the leaders to have a strong rule in Nepal.

Pray for the new prayer fellowship started in Sukasal village. There are many evil spirited people have to be delivered and come to worship our Lord.

Pray for the Gailnadi village, we want to start house prayer fellowship. Many people worshiping Hindu Gods Durga, Kali. We want this village to be totally delivered and come to accept and worship our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pray for the funds we need to construct a church in Baskheda village.

PRAISE GOD

Dr. Nar Bakhadur and family from Baskheda village has accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior.

Bro. Ram from Baskheda village is delivered from evil possessed, after our prayers.

Lord God healed a child was suffering with heavy fever in Banquan village. When we prayed for the child, our Lord healed the child instantly. It’s a remote village. No medical treatment available near by. But our Lord given deliverance to the child.

We praise our God for the funds He provided us to buy a new bicycle for Pr. Raj Luhar to use for his church and gospel ministry in Nepal.

Lord God delivered Sis. Sapna from evil possession in Baskheda village, Nepal.

MAHARASHTRA

Pray for the village ministries taking places Kusari Dab, Kagayal, Mutrasam, Bula Nagarial, Sawdapur, Chandar, Kumor Choklow, Hariboon, Bula Nagariyal.

Pray for the gospel ministries / church ministries taking place in Mul District and Chandrapur District.

UTTAR PRADESH

Pray for the villages we are ministering in Barakali, Siroyoni, Boojaripool, Lagapur, Mohiguluma, Bolottampur, Mulayampur, Swapuri, Bajpur, Shoria and Laddupur.

Pray for the funds we need to construct a big church in Shoria village in Sitapur district.

We praise God for the funds that our Lord has given us to buy a table, two chairs, table cloth, communion sets, a bigger size steel box to keep church documents and a bigger size kerosene Lamp for gospel out reach ministry.

CHATTISGARH

Pray for the gospel & church ministries taking places in Jagdalpur District & Dhamteri District.

Pray for the reach out of many souls to come to Christ.

Pray for the RSS, Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena leaders to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior and no more trouble giving to VOZ ministry in Gopalpuri, Ulnar and Junavani.

RAJASTHAN

Pray for Pr. Val Singh facing troubles from RSS in Padlavadakia and nearby villages, raising opposition for the church and gospel ministry. Let our Lord protect him and his family and bless him, to continue the church and gospel ministry in and around Banswara district.

Pray for the funds we need to construct a big prayer house in Padlavadakia village as there is more than 10 cents of land freely available for the church construction.

Pray for the five souls taken baptism during March to grow in Christ and his faith.

PRAISE GOD

We praise God for the healing that our Lord given to a mental patient in Padlavadakia village during Pr. K. Arul’s ministry in this area.

We praise God for the 40 Pastors / families taken part in the pastors’ seminar when VOZ conducted in Khariya Village in Banswara district.

We praise our God for the blessing to us to buy a new bicycle and a camera for Pr. Valsing to use in the gospel & church ministry.

ASSAM MISSION FIELD

Pray for the funds we need to build a bigger church building in Limbuguri and Baghjan villages.

Pray for 10,000 gospel tracts in Assamese and Hindi languages to distribute in mission field areas.

Pray for terror gangs works against government and local people.

Pray for Sis. Dala Menjur, whose husband died recently, leaving her with many financial and family troubles.

Pray for a gang of Hindu people disturbing village ministry in Dheotham area, our God to touch them for his salvation.

PRAISE GOD

A wine shop owner who was a Hindu, and greedy of making money by selling non-standard “Vodka”. A few believers of VOZ church met him and counseled him about his bad earnings and sinful living. God Jesus touched and delivered him from all his sins. Now he became a born-again believer.

Sister Kamali wife of Bro. Firoj in Pablojan village, suffering from TB for a longtime. We fasted and prayed for her healing. Lord our God given her healing from TB.

MADHYA PRADESH

We met Bro. Govind Raclaw, a Hindu youths through personal evangelism; is willing to accept Jesus Christ as his personal savior. Uphold him in your prayers for him to become a disciple of Christ.

Pray for Bro. Mohan Matho working in Railway department is a believer in our VOZ church – Satna, is an unfruitful man to our Lord and our church. Please uphold him your prayers and for his spiritual growth in Christ.

Pray for Bro. D. P. Singh recently undergone operation in his kidney and eyes. Pray for his quick recovery.

Praise God for the wedding arrangements to our Pr. Ashish Kumar taken place in mid April in Nagpur. May the Lord God bless the wedded couple.
